Vinny Prelvukaj epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Vinny is the founding CEO of bxre.com, moved to Riverdale of The Bronx in 1985. Vinny grew up in a GOODMAN managed co-operative building at "The Oxford House" on Johnson Avenue near the monument. Student of PS 24, Middle School 141, participant of South Riverdale Little Leage Baseball, Soccer, Basketball leagues and graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in 1999. After graduation, Vinny launched his real estate career at Goodman Mgmt as a real estate property management office assistant. At 17 years old, Vinny developed an affection for real estate, interacted with co-op board members, shareholders, contractors, building superintendents, handymen, porters, studied sponsor to co-operative offering plans, assembled board & sale packages. After learning most aspects of property operations management, in 2000 Vinny entered the fine dining restaurant field at "The Four Seasons Restaurant" as a doorman and waiter. It was at "The Four Seasons Restaurant" where Vinny tailored his customer client relationship skills, being taught regardless if the customer was right or wrong, they were always right! Realizing the ladder would of remained still in the restaurant field, in 2005 Vinny obtained his New York State Real Estate Salesperson License and helped launch the Riverdale Halstead Property Office. Passionate about Real Estate, Vinny gained the skills & expertise of listing and marketing Riverdale Properties for sale and getting the deals sold at the closing table. Interested in bigger challenges and responsibilities, in 2008 Vinny obtained his New York State Real Estate Brokers License and established BX Real Estate LLC. It was during the recession, inventory was stuck, banks were going out of business-weren't lending or issuing mortgages. Vinny assured himself the real estate glory days would return just like a drying machine cycles around down and up! ?Vinny has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks, in both the residential and commercial market. Vinny is a family man currently residing in Yonkers best kept secret Dunwoodie, with his beautiful wife and 3 children.
