Robert DiBiase brings over 20 years of real estate sales, management and customer service to Halstead Brooklyn. Robert was born in New York City, but began his real estate career in New Jersey with Weichert, Realtors in 1993. Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager for the LendingTree and RealEstate.com real estate platform mentoring and coaching agents across New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Soon thereafter, Robert moved back to New York City and was appointed Executive Managing Director for Massey Knakal Realty Services, the #1 building sales firm in NYC. During this successful tenure there, Robert also launched a new townhouse division and was appointed Director of Townhouse Sales. He utilized his experience and expertise joining Temple Morrow in 2015, a boutique firm in Park Slope, where he achieved the highest townhouse market share in South Park Slope and Greenwood Heights. Robert has effected the sale of over 300 properties working exclusively with sellers and is known as one of Brooklyn’s top selling townhouse brokers.
As a Townhouse Specialist, Robert is in a unique position of being able to apply the tactical and sales experience to create a sales program for his sellers that is smart, aggressive, and nimble while providing all of the marketing and advertising services you expect when using a real estate professional.

Robert’s diverse and practical experience in real estate ranges from residential to commercial sales and management. Robert’s clients are attuned to his insight, knowledge and impeccable execution of the selling process from start to finish.
As Vice President/General Manager of LendingTree/RealEstate.com, Robert created and established a plan for the launch of the Mid-Atlantic region and developed and maintained the merging of personnel and resources to facilitate the acquisition of mid-sized real estate companies. He was also a regional speaker at company meetings on topics such as media marketing, business development and networking. Before becoming the Vice President/General Manger, Robert was a Regional Sales Manager where he monitored every aspect of an agent’s activity and sales cycle.
Robert began his career in New Jersey with Weichert, Realtors. After attending college and learning the business, Robert joined Foxtons, Inc.. As a Listing Agent, representing only sellers, he achieved an average of 30 new listings each month in turn becoming the firm’s Top Producer. He moved on to become Regional Sales Manager where he established recruitment for New Jersey and New York while leading training programs and developing agent incentive programs.
Robert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey.
