Joanna Kwartler

Joanna brings her love of New York City into her work at Douglas Elliman. A native of Bergen County, New Jersey, she is in the fourth generation of a family practicing real estate in the Tri-State area and beyond since the 1920s. She delivers to the team her family's respect for the value of customer service, along with a genuine passion for real estate. She treats her clients with the same respect and patience that she would require from any salesperson.

Joanna graduated from American University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society. This affinity for the study of law has been instrumental in developing her knowledge and understanding of New York State real estate laws. Her professionalism and strong work ethic drive Joanna to do her best for her clients.
