His protectiveness, attentiveness, and advice are what set Reggie apart from other brokers. He attributes his sound business acumen to having run his own company. "As an entrepreneur, you have to be self-motivated, and do things you've never done before, like negotiate a commercial lease or build an IT infrastructure - and all this while keeping a laser-like focus on the needs of your clients. I loved that process of helping clients define their goals, but the real challenge – and the real joy – was managing all the minutia and overcoming all the obstacles involved in bringing a client's goal to reality. That's also the essence of what I do in real estate."

Reggie holds an MBA in Finance and an MS degree in Real Estate Development and Investment, both from New York University, and carries a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, a title which only 1% of agents in the nation hold.
