Gary Cicerello

Gary brings a broad base of experience to Douglas Elliman, including the real estate experience he gained at Citi Habitats, the client-centric skills he developed from 20 years in sales & marketing management, and the entrepreneurial resourcefulness needed to launch and run a restaurant in the exclusive North Shore Village of Huntington on Long Island. After thriving as a restaurateur, Gary was drawn back to Manhattan to team up with a long-time friend to launch an event-marketing agency. This endeavor marked the beginning of solid client relationships that are still strong - and useful in real estate. Gary's client-centric skills are invaluable when it comes to meeting and exceeding your real estate needs today. Clients praise Gary's ability to stay calm and solve problems. Gary attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, then earned his BS degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business Management from Florida State University. His interests include architecture, interior design, home renovation, fashion, running, and fitness. He currently lives in the West Village, and owns a summer property near the Jersey Shore. Gary has lived in Chelsea and the West Village. He specializes in the two neighborhoods where he has lived plus the neighborhoods he loves: Greenwich Village, Tribeca/Soho, Battery Park, Midtown West, Chelsea, Flatiron and Hell's Kitchen.
