Philip Askeroth

Philip comes from a colorful background, both personally as well as professionally. Originally from Sweden, Philip grew up in Germany, where he graduated from high school in 1999. In the fall of the same year, he decided to move to New York City in order to pursue a degree and career in business. As such, he was awarded his BA in Business Summa Cum Laude from St. Francis, Brooklyn in 2006. While attending St. Francis, Philip decided to expand on his affection for architecture and real estate. He joined his first real estate company in the fall of 2006, where his passion and talent for the business enabled him to rise to success quickly. Shortly after joining the company, he was able to transact some of the most expensive apartments in the Financial District to date. Philip quickly rose in the ranks within a few years to become VP of Investments, working predominantly with private international investors, before taking over the management of the company’s Midtown office in 2010.
