David Blackburn

After an extremely successful career on Wall Street, David decided to follow his passion and become a real estate salesperson. A savvy investor, he has owned commercial property for over 25 years. He currently has a multi-family rental building in New Jersey and a Brownstone, multi family unit in Harlem. David's keen understanding of Financial Instruments coupled with his deep knowledge of the New York City real estate market makes him an invaluable resource to buyers and investors.

Having started his financial career in London, David proceeded to manage the most successful office in Bahrain. He then came to New York which has been his home for close to 20 years apart from a one year stint in Sydney Australia. He has lived mostly downtown but was drawn to Harlem for the architectural beauty, where he lived with his family on 126th Street, just off 5th Avenue for a number of years.
