He specializes in sales and rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Preston is originally from Olympia, Washington. He graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He currently resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, after nearly a decade living on Manhattan’s west side from Hell’s Kitchen to Harlem. He came to real estate with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working with high-end clients, and 11 years as a professional actor working in New York and touring nationally. Outside of work, Preston is an avid swimmer and runner. He takes in a Broadway show or new film any chance he gets and enjoys exploring the city’s dining and nightlife scene.
