Cathleen Civale

Cathleen Civale brings twenty years of fashion industry leadership and a life-long passion for design to Mercedes Berk. A New York native who trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she began her professional career as an interior designer at F. Schumacher & Co. before moving on to senior executive positions at fashion houses like Esprit, Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole and LeSportsac where she lead global marketing, sales and retail operations. Cathleen resides in Manhattan and Sag Harbor, where she is active in village community affairs.
