C Graham Uffelman

Recently awarded the 2006 Rookie of The Year and 2006 Broker of the Year for the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Graham continues to offer his clients and customers the highest standard in real estate expertise. One of his greatest strengths and attributes is his ability to listen and ask questions to determine what his buyers and sellers goals are. Armed with a strong knowledge of the market, he constantly strives to achieve those goals. Graham has lived in Manhattan for all of his life. He has in depth sales and marketing experience gathered from 10 years of media and technology sales. He applies the skills he learned – problem solving, attention to details and project coordination – in the world of media sales to real estate. Graham is attentive to today's market trends. Armed with extensive research skills and a passion for real estate, he is able to best assess his clients requests to effectively meet their needs.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Graham worked for several media technology companies in both sales and marketing capacities. Previous to this, he worked as an Associate Producer for CNN. Graham attended The Allen-Stevenson School in Manhattan, Avon Old Farms School in Avon, Connecticut and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Communications. Graham is an avid saltwater and freshwater fly fisherman and when he is not assisting his clients he can be found teaching his two sons to fish. He lives on the upper Eastside with his wife and children.
