Prior to real estate, he worked as a Networker and Developer of Employment for the undeserved and Special Needs population, developing dreams and career opportunities. Rafael has also worked as top stylist within a high end hair boutique and salon on Madison Avenue, meeting and connecting with new people every day. Rafael has always been in positions that require great attention to detail, adaptability, and out-of-the-box thinking to achieve the best results.
