    My name is Elrick Meyers Jr. and I am the Owner / President of Meyers Enterprise Realty Group, Inc. We specialize in the sale of 1-4 family homes, Co-op's, Condo's, apartment rentals and comercial office / retails lease spaces throughout Northern Manhattan, The Bronx, and Westchester Co. I began my full time career in Real Estate during the 2007 when the market decided to shift downwards. It is in this turbelent market when I learned key rule of business. The most important rule learned is in order to do well in Real Estate one has to provide their clients with exceptional advice, the upmost care, accountability, and professionalism. Firmly adhering to these principles has certainly enhanced my business. Despite the market being relatively slow for residentail sales, I have sucessfully closed on 149 sale transactions, and over 260 rental lease signings.

   I enjoy helping my clients with various services fom a buyer's consulatation, sellers with a CMA (current market analysis) report, and a (PTA) price trend analysis) and Developers with providing the knowledge about an area that they will use in there feasibility studies.
