Daphnée Chapoteau is originally from Haiti by way of Miami and has been a New Yorker for over fifteen years, since she moved to Fort Greene, Brooklyn. As an experienced and award-winning Licensed Real Estate Broker, her clients describe her as diligent, trustworthy, dedicated and resourceful. In 2010, she started her own company, importing original art, jewelry and accessories handmade by Haitian artisans. She also has a heart for volunteering and convening people, which led her to serve as a guide and translator for volunteers of Soleil Global, a sustainable energy project that distributed solar-powered lights in Haiti. During that trip, she coordinated the distribution of 4500 lanterns to Haitian households located in Plateau-Central. Daphnée’s business style is rooted in transparency and integrity.
