Her investment banking background includes the sale and marketing of new issues.Interviewing CEOs and clients in order to arrive at a price for a new issue that isacceptable to both buyers and sellers gives her an excellent background for negotiatingthe sale price of a property. Research, marketing and attention to detail are her keystrengths.

As an Upper East Side resident and coop owner for more than 25 years she is thoroughlyfamiliar with all Manhattan neighborhoods. She has represented both buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan, including Carnegie Hill, the Upper West Side, TriBeCa,Greenwich Village, the East Side and Sutton Place.
