Joseph Runfola Jr

Joe Runfola is a Licensed New York State Broker I.T.I., a NYSAR trained Instructor who regularly instructs sales and brokers licensing classes at the Richmond County Real Estate Institute. Joe is the Broker at Clove Lake Realty Inc. an independent real estate office located at 1110 South Avenue, Suite 101, Staten Island NY 10314, licensed by the New York State Department of State, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the NY State Association of Realtors. He has served as the 2007 Chairman of the Staten Island Board of Realtors Grievance committee, a 2008 Member of SIBOR Professional Standards Committee, and Vice Chairperson of the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Professional Standards Committee, and Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee 2012, and 2013.
