Andrew Shapiro

Andrew’s family has long term ties to Greenwich Village. His grandfather, Samuel Hatoff, built the Hatoff & Hatoff Studio building, which still stands on the corner of West 12th Street and West 4th Street, currently the home of Café Cluny. Andrew’s wife, Nancy Weigner was born and raised in Greenwich Village. They chose to make Greenwich Village their home with their two boys, Max and Arthur, who graduated from P.S. 3, (The Hippie School) here in Greenwich Village. Andrew served as a Chairman of the Arts Committee for the PS 3 PTA and on the School Leadership Team. Andrew has been a licensed real estate broker for over 15 years , specializing in Greenwich Village. He has also been an attorney for over 35 years. Andrew has vast commercial experience having done deals with local and national tenants, including Starbucks, CVS and GameStop.
