Svitlana Leginovych is a real estate agent with 14 years of experience in the US and in Ukraine where she was born. Trained as a Mortgage Loan Originator, she brings to the table not only the knowledge, analytical skills, but experience as a skilled negotiator.. A skill she uses to help educate her clients and customers in obtaining mortgages to purchase property.   She has enthusiastically devoted her time to conducting business, representing buyers and sellers in all five boroughs including Long Island.  She is a dedicated and detail orientated agent who has the strength to go the distance with her clients.
