Michael T Delaney

Michael Delaney has been involved in the Real Estate profession since 1997. Michael purchased a rundown three-family home in Montclair, New Jersey practically with his last dime after closing. During the course of the next year, he got involved with its renovation and restoration and the home became the beginning of his love for real estate. In 2005 he started to work with Richard Ferrari, a top broker in New York City. Michael is no stranger to dedication. He grew up competing as a nationally ranked gymnast for over 20 years.
