Natalie Frazier

Originally from Florida, Natalie Frazier has taken her extensive background to Sotheby’s International Realty where she works with both international and local buyers, sellers and investors, handling real estate ranging from modest rentals to high-end investment properties. A member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Natalie’s level of professionalism has helped people relocate from other states and countries. Her strengths in research, reasoning and negotiation, as well as her experience in marketing and organic networking, are invaluable to her clients. Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and attended law school in Houston where she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and began practicing law. Her background also includes several years working in technical recruiting and traveling around the world, serving in the legal field and running her own boutique marketing business. She enjoys event planning and promotion, more recently curating her first NYC art show that showcased 28 artists working in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, film and fashion. Natalie, who also speaks Spanish, prides herself in her ability to forge and maintain relationships with the clients she works with.
