Mary Kay Seery

Mary Kay has always had a passion for real estate and community. In 1998, she and her husband moved from the East Village to Prospect Park South and they immediately fell in love with their neighborhood and the Brooklyn lifestyle. Mary Kay's involvement with her neighborhood and community organizations includes establishing the Prospect Park Halloween Parade and the PS 217 School Garden. All three of their children attended P.S. 217, where she was the Parents’ Association president and then the Parent Coordinator for almost 5 years. More recently Mary Kay has provided constituent services for State Assembly Member Jim Brennan. This role has given her great insight into city agencies, organizations and resources that support the community and its residents. She also brings 20+ years of marketing and promotion expertise from a career in magazine publishing that included senior marketing positions and consulting roles at Conde Nast, Wenner Media, Martha Stewart Omnimedia among others. Mary Kay combines a unique connection to her neighborhood with decades as a marketing and promotional professional. “I want to deliver the best possible outcome for my clients.
