Andrea Pedicini

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and a master’s degree Magna Cum Laude in Marketing and Communication at Ca’Foscari University, Venice (Italy). He started his professional career in 2006 at KPMG, a global audit and advisory firm, entering real estate three years later as a business development manager for Capital Realty Investors, a boutique brokerage firm in New York. In 2016 he joined Citi Habitats, a leading real estate firm in New York, working with an international clientele made of private and institutional investors, private bankers, family offices and developers. In 2020 Citi Habitats merged with Corcoran, giving shape to the biggest brokerage firm in New York. In 2018 Andrea closed Citi Habitats’ largest transaction, intermediating the sale of a package of twenty-one residential units in Battery Park (Manhattan), on behalf of a pool of Italian investors. In 2019, he became Citi Habitats’ top producer (out of 900 associates in New York). Between 2012 and 2019 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Club, a historic building in Manhattan, formerly home to the prestigious Heisman Trophy. Andrea’s experience and role have been recognized for years by some of the most respectable Italian and American newspapers, such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Mansion Global, Business Insider, Il Sole 24Ore, La Repubblica, Il Corriere della Sera, where the insights on the trend of the real estate market often report Andrea’s analysis.
