Blair Sheehan

Blair Sheehan is a Licensed Associate Broker with Compass in NY and NJ. Since starting her career in real estate in 2010, Blair has worked diligently to learn Manhattan's high-end real estate market to help assist her clients in their search for the perfect home. Blair has experience in all neighborhoods and provides her clients with a wealth of services. She is hard-working, diligent and determined to represent her clients to the best of her abilities all the while displaying her honest and forthright sensibility. Blair began her real estate career at Brown Harris Stevens on a team ranked in the 2010 “Top 100 Teams by Volume” by The Wall Street Journal. As well as working on The Stein Team at Sotheby's International Realty, who are ranked asthe #1 Sales Team for Sotheby’s International Realty’s New York Downtown Brokerage. She is proud to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather Thomas M. Graham, owner/developer in Manhattan in the 1930s through the 1960s and her mother, Renee Graham Gallagher, a real estate broker since the early 1970s and Founder of Round Hill Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut. Born and raised in Greenwich, Blair moved to New York in 2005 after graduating from Georgetown University. She attended Greenwich Country Day School before graduating from Westminster School. Prior to entering the real estate world she worked in the advertising industry in marketing and sales for Time Inc. and TracyLocke. Blair’s professional and educational experiences have provided her with a well-rounded background perfectly suited for the real estate industry. Blair loves to spend her time with her husband and three young sons. She enjoys cooking, traveling, ice hockey, skiing and golf. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR) and the Garden State Multiple Listing Services (GSMLS). She is an active alumnus and serves on committees at all her schools. She is also involved in several local charities and the Junior League.
