Javier has been licensed in real estate for 6 plus years. He has been devoted to his clients needs every step of the way. He grew up in Connecticut and moved into Manhattan to study at Pace University Lubin School of Business. He grew his book of business and attracted major New York City accounts and decided to venture into his own real estate practice - Play Realty & Marketing Group. He can easily relate to array of individual real estate needs - Starting from renting an apartment in NYC, to owning and managing his own properties.
