Paul holds an M.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania and has called Chelsea home for over a decade. He has a special expertise in finding the right property for clients in the neighborhood as well as downtown Manhattan, which he has seen grow and transform over the years. As a self-taught chef, he can be found at the Union Square Greenmarket shopping for the best ingredients when not helping clients with their real estate needs and goals. Enjoying the time he spends in his own kitchen, Paul has a special affinity for fellow foodies and loves nothing more than helping them find their dream kitchen.
