Originally from Los Angeles, California, Patrick came to Manhattan over 14 years ago and has since lived downtown in the vibrant East Village. Realizing his passion for real estate, Patrick has acquired an extensive, ongoing knowledge of the offerings and history of this great city - particularly Lower Manhattan - which he enjoys sharing with his clients.
