Before moving to New York City in 2016, he built and sold marketing solutions to more than 300 businesses across New York's Southern Tier, learning the fundamentals that quietly drive every good deal: how to position an asset, read the other side, and negotiate to a close. He brings that same operator's discipline to buyers, sellers, and investors across Manhattan, the greater NYC area, and Jersey City and Hoboken — backing every recommendation with comps and real market data, not a sales pitch.

A Corning, NY native, Clarence holds a Master's in Marketing and an Economics degree from the University of Rochester, where he captained the football team. He carries that discipline into one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country, working with everyone from first-time buyers and renters to seasoned investors. What keeps them coming back is the balance he strikes: the command of the numbers to tell them exactly where they stand, and the patience and persistence to see them through to the right outcome — with someone who genuinely cares how it turns out.
