Denise Kelly

Denise is a transactional expert with over 20 years of Sales and Real Estate experience. She is a pro at providing great customer experiences leveraging all resources available and managing the process from start to finish in the most efficient manner possible. Denise previously worked in Sales, Trading and Management positions at Salomon Brothers which merged to become Citigroup. She was promoted to Managing Director and the senior Sales position in Citi’s most profitable department, US Institutional Fixed Income Sales. There she managed Citi’s most senior relationships and ran Fixed Income Sales and Research. Denise excels at managing and closing transactions given her ability to listen, negotiating skills, financial insight and persistence. Denise has a passion for real estate and a strong interest in giving back. After Citi, Denise got a Masters in Real Estate Development and a Certificate in Historic Preservation at Columbia and worked pro bono as a Project Manager in the Real Estate Development group of Breaking Ground, the largest builder of Supportive Housing in NYC. Denise structured financing for Low-Income and Supportive Housing Projects and worked with a team on Site Identification and Acquisition. Denise enjoys working out at Soulcycle, travelling with family and friends and giving back. Part of the income on Denise’s deals will be directed back to the client’s preferred charity or to Good Shepherd Services, where she serves as the Board Vice President. Denise has a BS in Accounting from Drexel University, an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a Masters in Real Estate Development and Certificate in Historic Preservation from Columbia.
