Kira is also personally an active advocate of Downtown, especially the Lower East Side where she resides. She not only volunteers time locally, but is involved with the area's Business Improvement District. This expansive knowledge makes her the ultimate go-to resource for all things Downtown, and a sought-after area aficionado in her profession.

For Kira, working at TOWN fuses her favorite things: people connections, dynamic environments, and the optimal level of luxurious style. And, working in real estate brings her the greatest rewards: to find someone their personal NYC sanctuary, and create value in the space they live.

Before her thriving career in the industry, Kira worked in TV and film production, traveled the country for Couture fashion designers, and was a personal stylist. Her common thread and favorite aspect through it all has always been to enrich someone's life. Kira draws on these experiences to connect, assess and fulfill the needs of clients in a decisive, results-driven manner. She's never afraid to go to bat for her buyers and sellers, and is always ready to negotiate on their behalf.

Kira's enthusiasm for adventure welcomes any and all, from skydiving to scuba, and everything in between. She loves to travel, and can't wait to see where her next challenge lies. Her passion for life is not outdone by the heartfelt need to give back, not only in her own neighborhood, but internationally as well. Kira recently organized, chaired and founded "Day of a Thousand Cranes," taking the legend of the Thousand Cranes inspired by the events of Fukashima and turning it into an event to help the terminally-ill children at Make a Wish Foundation's Japan and NYC chapters.
