Born and raised in Germany, Niklas grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His strong work ethic, influenced by optimism and result-driven mindset, was instilled in him from a young age. As he progressed into adulthood, Niklas resided and studied in various countries such as Germany, France, and the US. This exposure allowed him to deepen his understanding of diverse cultures while concentrating his academic pursuits on sales, entrepreneurship, and social psychology.

After many years living in New York City’s Meatpacking District, Niklas sold his beautifully renovated apartment and purchased a classic prewar residence on Park Avenue’s Upper East Side, where he and his husband are raising their daughter and he fully intends to renovate it once again.

In addition to a decade-long career in Real Estate, Niklas cherishes time with his family, has a deep appreciation for the arts, supports several museums as a donor, and enjoys memorable meals and travel with friends and loved ones.
