Nicholas Walters

Nick represents the best interests of every client whether they are buyers, sellers, renters, landlords or investors. He has been in the client-centric business for 15 years, and is an expert at finding solutions and negotiating skillfully to ensure the best outcome for his clients. Licensed in New York since 2010, Nick's real estate experience began in the commercial brokerage space in Dallas, TX in the early 2000's representing corporate space users in the acquisition/disposition of their office space. Nick transitioned to the residential world in 2010 to help clients with life's most emotional and substantial investment, a home. Nick is exceptionally knowledgeable of the Manhattan real estate market, specifically on the East Side and downtown south of 34th Street, as well as the multifamily market. He is a full-service agent who is tireless in his ability to meet any need, and close every transaction. Born and raised in Sharon, Connecticut in the foothills of the Berkshires, Nick attended prep school at Kent School in CT. He received a BA degree in Marketing and was part of the Professional Golf Management Program at Mississippi State University. His interests outside of the office include Crossfit, travel, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. Nick lived on Manhattan's Lower East Side for ten years before recently moving to Soho.
