Nancy Bittker

A South American by birth but a New Yorker at heart, Nancy moved to the United States in 1980 from Ecuador and worked in Manhattan as an assistant controller for Rubell-Schrager partnership hotels. In the early 90’s, Nancy relocated to Florida where she began her real estate career in the very competitive markets of South Florida. She rapidly ascended to the rank of top producer. Nancy lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side where she owns her co-op apartment. An avid world traveler with a true understanding of cultural differences, Nancy’s drive allows her to successfully bridge the gap between Buyers and Sellers. During her extensive 25 year real estate career, Nancy has touched almost every aspect of the real estate industry from residential to investment properties and 1031 Exchanges. Real estate is her passion and she takes it seriously. Fluent in Spanish and English, Nancy volunteers her language skills as an interpreter for different charities and non-profit organizations. She has certificates in Translation and Interpretation Studies from Hunter College, and Medical Interpreting from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is an active field partner of Doctors Without Borders and a consistent sponsor of ChildFund for over three decades.
