Eileen Rappaport

Eileen Rappaport is a lifelong New Yorker and homeowner on the Upper West Side for over 25 years.  She is a founder of the award-winning Rachlin Rappaport Team at Douglas Elliman. She was awarded #6 Manhattan Team – Rental Transactions, #11 Small Manhattan Team – Transactions, and #22 Small Manhattan Team – GCI, in addition to the esteemed Pinnacle Award in 2022. Eileen was ranked #1 companywide in the "Top 25" for Douglas Elliman's NYC sales in October 2025.

Eileen attended Cornell University where she studied business, marketing, art history, and psychology.

She enjoys tennis, travel, theatre, philanthropy, and most importantly, being a mom to her daughter, Lily Kate.
