Asease Korankyi

For New York native Asease Korankyi, the city's real estate market is a tantalizing treasure trove begging to be explored. "I find it fascinating that New York City is one of the most sought-after places in the world, with so many amazing homes in such a small area, she says. "And once you open the doors, you can uncover something you may have never imagined!" It's with that sense of excitement that Asease guides her clients on their quest to find their perfect home. Known for her great people skills and listening ability, Asease learned a lot about being resilient and adaptable in her previous career in executive retail management. In that role, she honed her ability to be a strategic and creative problem solver, to stay calm under pressure and to always keep customer expectations top of mind. Born and raised in Harlem, Asease still calls the neighborhood home, in no small part due to its rich history and friendly charm. She holds a degree in corporate communications from Baruch College and spent much of her youth playing viola and violin professionally, including performances at Carnegie Hall and the White House.
