Spending two years as the executive assistant to Eugene Litvak (CEO & Founder of The Litvak Team @ Compass), she has developed a skill set of delivering outstanding results to buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. Prior to Compass, Milena honed her vast real estate expertise during five years in the property management sector. Milena has always considered relationship building as her core outcome and transactions in real estate as a by product of her bond with her clients. With a support staff of six industry professionals, Milena truly positions herself as a person you can trust to have “all your real estate needs under one roof” – The Litvak team mantra. Milena was born in Moldova and has lived in New York City since shortly after her first birthday — she is fluent in Russian and English. When she's not hard at work she loves exploring the city's phenomenal food scene with her husband and friends. "I feel that food brings people together," she says.
