Daija began her career in advertising before transitioning to executive roles in Spanish-language media at prestigious companies such as Telemundo and Univision in the US then internationally at Vivendi Universal, and MGM. Her ability to excel and rise through the ranks in these competitive environments earned her the respect of both clients and peers. Having traveled to more than 20 countries, Daija has developed a deep understanding of cultural nuances, enabling her to connect effortlessly with a diverse, international clientele. Her entrepreneurial acumen extends beyond media; she successfully created and launched a beloved Dominican restaurant in Chelsea.

Originally from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, Daija has called New York City home since childhood and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of real estate, she is deeply committed to philanthropy, volunteering with organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, and the Call Her Mother Foundation.
