Paula Martinez epitomizes integrity, dedication and enthusiasm. Growing up in Monmouth County, she started her Real estate career with Schlott Realtors/Coldwell Banker, then in 2002 joined the sales team @ Encore Monroe, an active adult community with Kalian Companies. Her dedication and work ethic were soon recognized by Centex Homes, were in 2006 she was recruited to launch Essex Park in Belleville.
