Augustine Diji is a distinguished Real Estate Broker and Property Development specialist with a 17-year foundation as a practicing real estate attorney. As the founder of Greene & Grand Realty, LLC., a Brooklyn-based real estate brokerage, Augustine is dedicated to providing specialized sales, rental, and project management services to small and medium-sized multi-family property owners in North Western-Central Brooklyn. His firm’s mission centers on improving the living quality of client spaces, enhancing the value of their assets, and reducing the stress of property unit management.

Complementing his brokerage work, he operates Greene & Grand Renovation, a licensed contractor firm in Brooklyn focused on strategic renovations that create quality living spaces and deliver demonstrable added value for property owners.

Augustine also serves as a founder and Associate Broker with Luxor Homes and Investment Realty, LLC., a Manhattan-based boutique real estate brokerage, where he advises investors and property owners primarily in Upper Manhattan and Westchester County, New York.

Trained in wellness practices, Augustine is also a certified meditation, Qigong, and yoga teacher, where he works with his partner at Greene Moment Studio in Clinton Hill. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Economics from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

He resides in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, with his family.
