Maurice “Moe” Molcho was born to be in real estate. As a child, he accompanied his father, Ron Molcho, on listing appointments, absorbing the nuances of the business from one of Staten Island’s most respected real estate professionals. By 16, Moe was answering phones at the office, and by 26, he was a licensed agent, fully immersed in the industry.

Today, Moe is an Associate Broker and Partner at American Homes Group and Molcho Realty Group, where he’s driving innovation and reshaping the Staten Island real estate landscape. With over 30 years of combined family expertise and a reputation built on trust, Moe brings a hands-on, client-first approach to every transaction—whether it’s a high-stakes commercial deal or expertly guiding home buyers and sellers through every step of the process.

Moe is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), giving him the expertise to assist clients in acquiring or marketing properties globally. He’s also certified as a Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), enabling him to expertly navigate complex investment, retirement, and second-home transactions.

Moe’s passion for advancing the industry extends beyond his brokerage. He previously served as a Director at the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) and led SIBOR’s Young Professionals Network Committee, where he mentored and inspired the next generation of real estate professionals.
