Nancy Piraquive

Nancy came to the art of real estate after many years working as a residential interior designer in Westchester County, Palm Beach, and New York City. Prior to that, she was an international private banker at Citibank, NA., working with high net worth Latin American clients on their banking and investment needs which included referring, previewing and negotiating on their investment properties. With her interior design background, Nancy draws on her keen eye to visualize and maximize the potential value of each property under consideration. She is highly sensitive to the needs of clients, the creativity involved in the marketing of distinctive properties, and the importance of discreet communications including the preparation of comprehensive board applications. Her international expertise provides a distinctive combination of banking, design, and superlative service. She is very knowledgeable about the New York private schools system. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
