Brian P. Schumann

After more than a decade working in fundraising for some of the most respected non-profit organizations, Brian returns to Stribling & Associates where he began his real estate career. Drawing upon his previous sales experience and years of working with major donors from around the world, Brian works closely with his clients to understand their priorities and ensure they feel comfortable throughout the process. A proud New Yorker for more than 15 years, Brian originally hails from the Midwest and attended college in the South. His diverse experiences allow him to appreciate New York from multiple perspectives, and he is able to pass his vast knowledge of the city on to his clients – whether they're moving uptown, downtown, across town, or from out of town. Brian currently resides in Chelsea with his partner.
