Luis Alvarez is a Principal and Team Leader of the AHR Team at Exp Realty BKNY. His track record of leadership and client satisfaction spans over ten years in the Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales and Rentals markets.

Prior to joining Exp Realty BKNY, Luis ran his own Real Estate Brokerage ‘At Home Realty NY.’ Luis has played many roles in the NYC Real Estate Industry over the last decade, from a Senior Vice President of MySpace NYC, a Brooklyn-based real estate company that he grew to nearly 250 agents and four branch offices from its first day in operation in 2008, to leading the charge as Director of Leasing for Halo LIC, a 284-unit luxury rentals tower in the newly trending neighborhood of Long Island City. Luis has also been a member of the Sol | Sotheby’s International Realty team in Miami, Florida, as Assistant Director of Developer Sales, as well as an agent for Keller Williams Realty in Miami, and Mark David NYC in SoHo.
