Jing Ma

Jing Ma has earned the reputation of being a creative, honest, dedicated, and straightforward agent with an outstanding work ethic. From working to define a client’s vision and managing those expectations to negotiating with sophistication while keeping in close communication, Jing is well-respected for her tireless determination to ensure her clients meet their goals, regardless of how complex.

Jing started her real estate career by working with a luxury new development building in midtown Manhattan eight years ago. After selling, marketing, and overseeing three luxury condominium developments, Jing started to take sellers, buyers, and new development projects on her own. Working closely with several developers in Manhattan and Brooklyn has given her a keen insight into the new development market. While living in Manhattan for the past fifteen years, investing in new development, and purchasing a couple of homes for her family, Jing often draws from her own experiences when representing clients. Jing enjoys working with first-time home buyers/sellers, investors, relocation buyers/sellers, empty nesters, and international buyers/ sellers. She is always in tune with the ultra-luxury property market in New York City and is an expert in purchasing/selling condos, co-ops, townhouses, and new developments. 

Originally from China, Jing spent a decade traveling around the world as an international fashion model. As such, she was offered the opportunity to work with high-profile fashion clients and visit many beautiful homes around the world. It was during this venture that sparked her passion for Real Estate. Jing’s international experience, paired with her fluency in English and Mandarin, affords her the ability to understand domestic or international clients’ needs and successfully buy or sell in New York.

Jing and her husband currently live in the Upper West Side. When she's not working, Jing loves spending time in Central Park, pottery, yoga, reading, attending concerts, skiing, and spending holidays in Asia and Europe.
