Tim Winters

Tim Winters brings well-earned industry knowledge plus a keen sense of the needs of today’s clients to every relationship. Tim boasts more than twenty years of real estate experience. He began as a Director of Marketing and Sales and was involved in numerous high-end condo and co-op projects, (Cathedral Condos, the Ping Pong Building and the Glenridge Mews, to name a few). From there he started his own storefront operation where he perfected his skills in sales, rentals and commercial real estate concentrating mostly on Downtown and Brownstone Brooklyn.
