Paul Khuri-Yakub

A long-time resident of South Harlem, Paul Khuri-Yakub has spent over 5 years honing his expertise in the dynamic New York real estate market. Specializing in the Upper West Side, Morningside Heights, and Harlem, Paul works tirelessly for his clients with a direct, data driven approach bolstered by his economics degree from Santa Clara University and engineering studies at UC Berkeley. Buyers, sellers, and renters have loyally returned to him not only because of his ability to deliver results, but also, for his trustworthiness, professionalism and pleasant demeanor. A passion for the arts and a graduate degree in music is what first brought Paul to New York City. He balanced his early years in real estate with opera performances around the country. Paul's long-standing interest in architecture and design are what led him into a career in real estate shortly after completing his master's degree at Manhattan School of Music. Also a former NCAA Division 1 athlete in crew and water polo, Paul can be found in his free moments participating in masters swimming, golfing, playing ice-hockey, or cycling the Central Park loop and Riverside Park. A New Yorker by way of the San Francisco Bay Area, Paul also has deep connections in the world of tech and a firsthand knowledge of the innovation culture that has shaped the 21st century.
