John Dejesu began his career at advertising firm Ogilvy & Mather in the account management training program where he learned from David Ogilvy that creativity, brevity, and listening to customers’ needs are the most important qualities when guiding and servicing clients.

His passion for New York real estate and his love of New York City are the reasons John chose a profession in real estate sales, and he maintains those passions today.

Throughout John’s real estate career, he has expertly represented both buyers and sellers and has successfully closed sales throughout Manhattan and the boroughs, and utilizes his network of international resources for buyer and seller engagement around the world.

John lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife and their daughter and has an extensive knowledge of New York neighborhoods. With a daughter in an independent school, he understands and is responsive to the needs of families who live and work in the city.
