Penny Klein-Levy

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Penny has resided in four of the five boroughs and knows New York intimately. With a passionate curiosity for three-dimensional design, Penny studied Millinery Arts at FIT and became a hat maker, designing and hand - crafting each piece for her own line. Her work has appeared in film and print and she worked as a consultant for Broadway and the Metropolitan Opera. Penny became drawn to the visual on a larger scale which inevitably led her to real estate. She is excited to be a part of DML realty and is resolute in finding spaces big and small that fit her clients’ needs. She is comfortable working with both creative clients as well as with first time buyers who may be unsure of what they want. Penny currently resides in Washington Heights with her husband and son and spends her free time going to concerts with her family and taking her son to every open house possible.
