Julie Reyes is a native New Yorker, lifelong Bronxite, and current Riverdale resident. Julie is currently a full time Realtor at EXP Realty.

Julie is a past Board member and Admissions Chairperson of her residential Co-op. She was a scholarship recipient enrolled in a Master of Real Estate degree program. Throughout the year Julie also participates in numerous real estate seminars to keep up with real estate issues. For over 25 years, the Bronx Borough Presidents have appointed Julie to serve as a volunteer Board member with Community Board No. 8, currently serving as the Board Chairperson. As a Board member Julie deals with a range of matters including housing, land use and zoning, and works with government agencies to improve the local delivery of services. Julie’s Co-op Board participation continued education in real estate, and civic duties assist her in knowing the various communities and being continuously informed on the issues relating to the real estate consumer.
