Rachel Marie Pantoja

Rachel Pantoja, a native from Texas has been involved in real estate development, investment and sales for 5 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University and has lived in Manhattan for over 20 years. She has a very unique skill set that helps buyers and sellers get to the closing table. Her start in Real Estate began with auditing and analysis of mortgages for attorneys that were representing clients that were either in the short sale or foreclosure process. She learned how to work with Title companies, New York City government agencies and various other agencies that were stigmatizing the chain of title on distressed properties preventing the homeowner from selling their properties with clear marketable title. Learning this side of the closing process has benefited her greatly to the extent that she has gained the knowledge and eye for resolving issues on title that would otherwise be impossible to resolve. Rachel attends civic meetings and symposiums in many parts of the City to gain knowledge about the every changing landscape in the world of property ownership in New York City. Now that she has joined Coldwell Banker she is looking forward to helping newcomers to Real Estate. Rachel has her finger on the pulse and loves to get to know her clients, doing research and finding the best possible properties for her clients to live in and enjoy for years to come. The common denominator for Rachel's success has been her ability to think on her feet, problem solve and find solutions for her clients straight to the closing process.
