Norma Arias

A native New Yorker born and raised in the East Village and a resident of Bay Ridge since 2005, Norma Arias has sold and rented real estate all over the borough, from Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Midwood, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Heights, and Kensington. She is well-versed in a range of property types, including co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new developments.

Norma is loyal to her clients. She maintains open and honest relationships in order to best serve their needs and goals. She takes on the role of a coach to educate and guide, forming relationships that extend beyond the length of a transaction.

Norma studied Criminal Justice at John Jay College and is fluent in Spanish. Whether she’s running, training in Jiu-Jitsu (she has a purple belt), or developing plant-based and vegan recipes, Norma is passionate about healthy living and traveling. She is a PTA executive board member and chairperson of Title 1. In her spare time, she loves to explore Brooklyn with her husband and their three kids.
