Raisa’s passion for real estate began when she successfully negotiated the purchase of her own home in her dream neighborhood of Ditmas Park back in 2015. While navigating her purchase, she quickly learned the complexities of the New York City Real Estate market and how vital a trusted real estate advisor is to this process. The eye opening experience and her enthusiasm to help others made her a great fit at Corcoran. Over the past several years in the business, Raisa has built longstanding relationships with sellers, buyers, landlords and investors. Raisa’s individualized approach has allowed her to listen to her client’s needs and truly help guide them into their dream home. Raisa’s clients value her professionalism, honesty, and patience. A native of Russia, Raisa has called Brooklyn her home for over two decades. Growing up in the tri-state area, Raisa is familiar with the different neighborhoods and what they have to offer. Raisa loves all that New York City has to offer; whether it is catching the latest Broadway show, or grabbing a bite to eat. “One of the greatest things about New York City is the diversity of people and there’s no better way to experience New York City’s melting pot than by digging into its food”. Prior to real estate, Raisa worked as a speech and language pathologist, helping others find their voice. Fluent in English and Russian, she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. In her spare time, Raisa enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and taking fitness classes.
